Desktop VS Code connected to a DTU or Gefion login node with Microsoft's
[Remote - SSH](https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/ssh) extension, for editing code, git
and submitting jobs on the cluster. `settings.json` keeps VS Code light on the shared node and,
on DTU, installs its server in project storage. `tasks.json` submits and follows jobs from
inside VS Code.

## With aicentre

```bash
aicentre check --connect      # the ~/.ssh/config Host block VS Code connects with, and a test login
aicentre gallery get rem-lgn  # tasks.json onto the cluster, for .vscode/ in a project
aicentre code                 # or VS Code in your browser, with nothing to install
```

- `check` prints the Host block each provider needs and tests the login, so "Remote-SSH: Connect
  to Host" works on the first try. Any Host name works.
- The tasks call `aicentre submit`, `list jobs` and `logs` on the login node, where aicentre
  keeps itself installed, so the same tasks work on DTU and Gefion.
